I purchased a keyboard set from your store in Myeongdong last Friday, which includes a Bluetooth keyboard, calculator, and mouse. Since it was packaged in a box, I didn't open it to inspect carefully until I returned to China. I then discovered that my mouse was missing the USB connector. Also, I'm unsure how to use the calculator, and the manual doesn't provide sufficient assistance. However, the most crucial issue is that I'm unable to use the mouse now. As I'm already outside of korea, could you please send me a new mouse? Additionally, could you provide detailed instructions on how to use the calculator and the keyboard?

I'm currently using a MacBook computer, and I've found that I'm unable to caps lock; the caps lock indicator doesn't light up when I hold down the key. Additionally, I can't use the copy and paste shortcuts. However, all other keys on the keyboard are functioning properly. Is there any custmer servise email that I can contact to help me with this matter?
